Recently, Katharine opened up about her past issues with weight and body image. She told FOX Pop Tarts, “I struggled with weight in high school — there were definitely times when I didn’t want to hang out with the cool kids.”

She continued, “I just wanted to be in the library and by myself. Everyone has a moment in life where they feel not comfortable in their own skin or connected to the popular group. I had friends; I was just friends with different people.”
